As a traveler you have a lot to worry about, so go ahead and have the peace of mind that your sightseeing adventures are booked and ready for your arrival. We recommend that you buy your tickets in advance to ensure your availability and the best rate for your trip.
You will have your reservation confirmed on the screen at the end of the payment process and be given a booking reference number. We will also send a confirmation e-mail to your email address. You will need to print this voucher to redeem it for your tickets at your destination.
In case you will not receive the instant email confirmation, please check out you spam inbox. If the email is not there contact with our customer service by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) including your name, phone number and booking reference (if you have it).
We are working towards an e-ticketing system, but for now you must print your voucher out.
The majority of our tours are automatically confirmed once your booking is completed. However, please check carefully the instructions given on the confirmation email in case you must reconfirm your booking.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards online. We also accept many debit cards but only from Spanish banks. Please consider we do not accept American Express.
We’re more than happy to accommodate you on a different date, or at a different time as long as we have the availability. To make a change, please contact us at the contact information printed on your email voucher.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a coach that is wheelchair accessible. However, if you do have limited mobility (i.e. you can get on and off the coach), we can take your wheelchair with us.
